The final price will be made considering the details of your service such as the location (place of departure/ destination), number of passengers/ luggages, stops and vehicle upgrade. You can manage your booking and check your price on My Reservation page.
Number of persons
All of our vehicles are originally designed to seat 11 persons, however the backseats are being used as baggage space. Therefore our vehicles are suitable for maximum of 7 passangers.
We do not include infants/ toddlers who you can seat on your lap in the total number of passangers.
Vehicle Assignment (Final)/ Info
The vechicle will have been assigned to you 2 days before the service and the concerned information will be sent to your e-mail address. Your driver will contact you in person on the day of your service.
Pick-up/Arrival Terminal at Incheon AirportNEW
Beginning on January 18, 2018, Terminal 2 of Incheon Airport will be operated for 4 carriers.
Korean Air(KE), Air France(AF), Delta Air Lines(DL), KML(KL)
(If you're flying on a codeshare flight, please double check the operating carrier’s terminal before departure.
You must proceed at Terminal 2 only if the operating carrier is Delta Air Lines, Air France, or KLM.

- For flights operated by other airlines, please use Terminal 1.)
※ Please make sure to check your designated Terminal and select it exactly on reservation page.

[Pick-up point]
Your driver will be waiting for you in front of your arrival exit, holding picket with your name on it.
Booking info change
Select the booking that you want to change/ cancel on My Reservation page, and then make a request on Change or cancel reservation informatio page. Your request will be processed once the cs team confirms it.
Estimated time for travel
You can check the estimated travel time from your location to the airport.
1. Enter the pick-up time on My Reservation page.
2. You can also check the estimated time required for your travel from the departing point to the destination.

Add stop
When you add the stops, fare will be raised as much as distance increases.
Until first 3km : 3.9USD ( 1.3USD is additionally charged per every other 1km)
In SeoulOnly when the stops are in the same district(gu) with departure point(or destination), the route you set will be kept.
Regions other than SeoulOnly when the stops are in the same city, the route you set will be kept.
*When the stops are not in the 'same district(in Seoul)' or 'the same city(elsewhere in the country), your route will be reset as optimal by the system.

Child seat hire
Maximum of 2 child seats are hirable per vehicle, free of charge. If all 7 seats are taken by passengers, child seat hire is not allowed.
(Car seats are not available for reservations within 48 hours and we are working on the car seat service for Gimpo Airport.)

The carseats will be assigned according to the age of the child, Junior carseats cannot be mounted on StarRex. (You can use it from nine months before.)

Vehicle info
[Types of vehicle]
All of our vans are thoroughly maintained, with the range of All New Carnival/ Grand Starex van/ Carnival Limousine/ Starex Limousine.
All of our vehicles are originally designed to seat 11 persons, however the backseats are being used as baggage space. Therefore our vehicles are suitable for maximum 7 passangers.
(If all 7 seats are taken by passengers, you cannot hire a child seat since it cannot be installed to a seat.)

You cannot select a specific vehicle since we will be assigning it depending on the number of passengers and the amount of baggage.
[Select limousine]
You can upgrade your vehicle to a limousine on the Reservation page for only 10.2 USD of extra fee.
Since your vehicle is assigned to you depending on the number of passengers and luggages, you cannot select a specific model of the vehicle.
※ In case of a child seat hire, you will be assigned with the vehicle type where the seat can be installed to.
(Carnival with 3-point safety belt, Starex with 2-point (lap-only) safety belt.)
Discount coupon
When there is any discount coupon(s) available, they can be downloaded from the final payment.
(We do not allow those who have not signed in to issue/ use coupons.)
Coupons are reusable in case of cancelling your booking.
Fee Refund Policy
- a full refund is available up to 3 days prior to the trip
- 30% cancellation fee 2 days prior to the trip
- 50% cancellation fee 1 days prior to the trip
- 70% cancel fee on the day of trip
- You will not be eligible for any refund should you cancel the booking within 3 hours of the pick-up time.
※ You will not be eligible for any refund in case of No-show. Please refer to our refund policy on the FAQ page for refunds subject to flight delays, etc.
How to cancel?
[Cancellation request]
Click on the booking that you want to withdraw on My Reservation page, where you can find Change and Cancel to make the request. Your request will then be processed once it's confirmed by the cs team.
Please make yourself aware of the terms of cancellation/ refund fees before you submit your request.
*If you want to cancel your booking on the very day of your service, you can also contact us via Livechat.
[Withdraw cancellation request]
Click on the booking that you want to withdraw on My Reservation page, then we will proceed with your request for withdrawing your cancellation.
Refund policy in case of flight delays
We can confirm any delays with the flight number you provided. We will be waiting for you for maximum 2 hours.
We will deduct 50% from the payment you made, as a cancellation fee, in case of a no-show due to a flight delay longer than 2 hours.
(50% of the fee goes to the driver for driving and waiting as scheduled.)
However, it depends on your driver's schedule whether waiting longer than 2 hours is possible or not. Contact your driver in case of a delay.

You can find My page on the upper part of the website, where you can make changes.
Find ID/Password
Click on Sign In on the upper right side of the website, and then you will see Find E-mail/ Find Password in the bottom part of the page.
Make changes on receiving marketing/ event info
Go to My page on the upper right side of the website, and then you can check/ uncheck on the agreement of receiving marketing and event information.
Membership Withdrawal
Go to My page on the upper right side of the website, and then click on Membership Withdrawal to make a withdrawal request.
