Best decision we made so far. During my trips to Korea with family or friends, transport from the airport to our lodging is always the dilemna. Good thing I stumbled upon blacklink. we were able to book a service on the day of our arrival. Our driver, Mr Lee, on time. He was so helpful and very considerate. He inisisted that we go in the car where it warm and that he load our luggage in the van. He was also very patient. We mistakenly put in the wrong address on the registration as we couldnt understand Korean. He didnt drop us off the the wrong place. When that was sorted out, he brought us to our exact accomodation. He also made sure that we met with our host and got in our accomodations safe and sound. Thank you Mr Lee! It was my first time to visit South Korea, and was a bit worried about our transfers from Incheon International Airport to our hotel in Myeongdong as the schedule of our flight will arrive at SoKor quite late. No buses or trains available anymore during that time. Tried checking ride hailing apps but find it too expensive while deals from other travel booking sites but there were a lot of restrictions and add-ons. Good thing I came across Blacklink when I tried searching online. To be honest I was a bit hesitant since it is my first time to use the platform. Apparently, I was immediately relieved because they send email updates from time to time (payment confirmation, assigned driver and vehicle, etc). When we arrived, the driver is patiently waiting for us and assisted us with our luggages politely and willingly. With this, I also booked a vehicle through the platform for our transfer from the hotel to the airport. Will definitely use Blacklink again whenever I go back to South Korea. Great Job! Geumseonsa Temple is located within Bukhansan National Park, just behind Cheong Wa Da (The Blue House) and Gyeongbokgung Palace. The entrance to the temple is just off the hiking path to Bibong Peak.

After passing Banyajeon Hall, where Buddhist services are held, you will see a pine tree over 200 years old, and beyong that, a staircase with 108 steps leading up to Daejeokgwangjeon Hall in the temple's main area. To the right is Samseonggak House and Hongyegyo Bridge over the clear waters flowing down from the mountain.

Additional temple buildings include Mitajeon Hall and Yeonhwadang Hall, built in 2004 by Monk Beopan; and Jeokmukdang Hall, built using traditional construction techniques.

Seoul is enveloped by mountains, consisting of Bugaksan, Namsan, Naksan, and Inwangsan to name a few major peaks surrounding the city. Bugaksan, the mountain located to the north of Seoul, is the highest among these and is a southern offshoot of Bukhansan Mountain. It is also referred to as Baegaksan.

Seoul Fortress Wall runs along the mountain ridge and Changuimun (also called Jahamun), one of the four small gates surrounding the castle town during the Joseon Dynasty, is on the west side of the mountain near Inwangsan Mountain. Running between Changuimun and Arirang Hill in Jeongreung, Bugak Skyway is a scenic road overlooking downtown Seoul; it also passes through a variety of attractions such as Changuimun and Bugak Pavilion. Another attraction is Samcheong Park at the southern foot of Bugaksan Mountain.

Inwangsan Mountain (to the west of Bugaksan) and Naksan (to the east) were considered ideal locations, according to the philosophy of Feng Shui. Known for its rugged granite, Inwangsan Mountain was the site of many tigers attacks during the founding of the Joseon Dynasty. According to legend, the king entreated the mountain deity to send the tigers across the Yalu River. Even though the tigers were banished from Inwangsan, one female tiger bearing babies was allowed to remain on the mountain. The babies, subsequently multiplied and made Inwangsan a feared place, full of tigers.

Inwang Skyway connects the east of Inwangsan to Bugaksan. The eastern side of Inwangsan was turned into a posh residential area while Guksadang (literally "National Shrine") was moved from Namsan to an area west of the mountain in the 1920s. Even today, shamans perform exorcisms at the shrine, as well as rituals honoring the mountain deities.

It produces their ingredients like Tojongdak (Korean chicken), 4-years ginseng, chest nut, jujube, garlics, ginger, adlay, perilla seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seed, nuts, pine nut, black sesame, and etc.
Even though one has to wait to enter during lunch time, do not worry about long wait as the restaurant is spacious. Besides Samgyetang (ginseng chicken soup), it serves Ogol-samgyetang, otdak, pajeon (green onion pancake), Rotisserie chicken, and other menus.

Hwangsaengga Kalguksu (formerly 'Bukchon Kalguksu’) is one of the most popular restaurants on Samcheongdong-gil. The street in front of the restaurant is always crowded with cars and there are almost always people lined up outside the restaurant. The main dish is Kalguksu (noodle soup) with rich, mild broth made from ox bone. Homemade ‘wang mando’ (king-sized dumpling) is another specialty and you can even see workers making them at the entrance of the restaurant. Other dishes such as Modeumjeon (assorted pan-fried delicacies) and Bossam (napa wraps with pork) are also available.

Tongin Market dates back to June 1941, as a public market set up for Japanese residents near the Hyoja-dong neighborhood when Korea was still under Japanese rule.
